2. What Data We Collect and How

  • When you visit our website, server logs automatically record data such as IP address, browser type, date/time of access. This is processed based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) for site operation and security.

  • When you create an account, place an order, or engage with our guided configurator, we collect personal data including your name, email address, billing & shipping address, brand or company data. Processing is necessary for the contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

  • For marketing purposes, we process data only with your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

  • We use cookies and tracking technologies: mandatory cookies for site function; optional cookies and analytics only with your consent.



3. Use of Our Chat & Configurator System


Our online configurator enables you to interactively develop your fragrance brief. The collected data is processed for contract performance and thus falls under Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR. Bespoke products created from this process are excluded from withdrawal rights under Section 312g(2)(1) BGB.



4. Disclosure of Data

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except for:

  • Fulfilment of contract (e.g. shipping service, laboratory partner)

  • Legal obligation (e.g. tax authorities)
    We ensure any service providers act in compliance with GDPR through data processing agreements.


5. International Data Transfers
 

Where transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA occur, they will be based on adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
